All items purchased from Orosupply.com are made pursuant to shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss entitled for such items passed to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Orosupply shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product(s) listed at the incorrect price. Orosupply shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Orosupply shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Orosupply and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, attornets and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, cost, liabilities, losses, damages of any kind (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from your use of products or services through the site. Applicable Law
This agreement shall be interpreted, construed and governed by the State of Iowa, USA. Any and all disputes arising under this agreement shall lie exclusively in the Superior Court of the state of Iowa and each party agrees to not contest the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
