Shipping Policy

Part of OroSupply's excellent service is to ship out orders as quickly as possible with a low flat rate shipping. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. CST are shipped out in 1-business day upon cleared payment. You get to choose the shipping options below:

Flat Rate Standard shipping ($1.99 per order)
With our Flat Rate Standard Shipping, packages get delivered between 5 to 7 business days.
2nd Day Expedited Shipping ($19.99 per order)
You will get your package in just 2-business days. Note: order must be placed before 3:00 p.m. CST for same day processing. If order is placed after 3:00 p.m. CST, it will be considered as order placed for the following day.

*Rates and shipping options above are only applicable for orders within the lower 48 continental states of the US. Outer States please read below.

ALASKA & HAWAII: We cannot offer you the same rate because we need to fly them across the ocean. Please use our shipping calculator to estimate your shipping cost.

PO Boxes, Military (APO, FPO) Addresses: Thanks to our folks at USPS, we are now able to provide shipping services to these addresses.

International Addresses: OroSupply.com currently does not take international orders. We are currently hard at work to accommodate this in the near future. Please be patient with us.

USPS and UPS are our main shipping partners. You will receive a tracking number link once your order has been shipped or you can click here. A few tips regarding United Postal Service (USPS) tracking – it often appear as “Electronic Notification Received” but do not contain other details as we accustom to see in UPS tracking. This simply means that USPS has your package(s) and will be delivering soon. From experience, usually this will fall in our 3 to 5 business days but we understand no one is perfect. Don’t worry! a replacement shipment will be sent out immediately if you do not receive your package within 2 weeks of shipping date. Just a note, we cannot make the same guarantee for Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes and Military (APO, FPO) addresses. We hope you understand!
